Are you tired of blindly accepting terms and conditions or privacy policies online? If you’d like to truly understand what you’re agreeing to before clicking “Accept”, then Termzy AI is for you.
Termzy AI is an AI-powered browser extension that:
-
Automatically scans websites to detect terms and policies.
-
Analyzes and evaluates them using AI.
-
Gives you clear, easy-to-understand insights.
Let’s walk through how it works and how to install it on your browser.
Step 1: Check Browser Compatibility
At the time of writing, Termzy AI is compatible with Google Chrome. We’re working to expand support, so check our homepage for updates on other browsers.
Step 2: Install the Extension
-
Go to the Chrome Web Store (or your browser’s extension store).
-
Search for Termzy AI, or simply click the installation link provided on our website.
-
Add the extension to your browser.
Once installed, Termzy AI may not activate automatically. If that happens:
-
Go to Settings → Manage Extensions → Termzy AI.
-
Toggle the switch to Activate.
Step 3: Pin the Extension
To make Termzy AI easily accessible:
-
Locate the extensions menu in your browser’s upper toolbar.

Find Termzy AI in the list.
-
Click the pin icon so the extension always appears in the toolbar.
Step 4: Register Your Account
When you first click the Termzy AI icon, you’ll be asked to register.
Here’s why: AI processing is expensive, and registration helps us monitor usage while keeping the service sustainable.
To register:
-
Enter your email and choose a password.
-
Verify your email by clicking the link we send you.
-
That’s it—you’re ready to start using Termzy AI.
For full transparency, we also have our own privacy policy and terms available on our website.
Step 5: Start Using Termzy AI
Once registered, simply click the extension while browsing. When you land on a website with a login or registration form, Termzy AI will show a “Scan Website” button. Click it to get an instant AI-powered breakdown of the site’s terms and policies.
A Note on Installation Warnings
You may see warnings like “This extension may not be considered safe” or “This extension can read and inject code on your webpages.” Here’s what they really mean:
-
Unverified Developer: At the moment, we may not yet be verified developers on the store. This is temporary and only depends on time and reviews—not on the safety of the extension.
-
Page Reading: Termzy AI's algorithm can "read" the page because it scans pages locally in your browser to find links to terms and policies. It does not collect or store your browsing history. No one can see what you view.
-
Code Injection: The extension injects a small piece of code to display the “Scan Website” button on login/registration pages. That’s all—nothing else is injected or tracked.
Rest assured: Termzy AI is safe to use.
Installing Termzy AI takes just a few minutes, but it can completely change the way you approach online terms and conditions. No more blind clicking—just clear, actionable insights about your rights and data.
