2. AI-Generated Content

• Our AI analysis and summaries are provided “as is.”
• We are not liable for any inaccuracies or omissions in AI-generated results. AI can make mistakes—always verify critical legal information independently.

3. Payments & Refunds

• All purchases of credits or subscription plans are non-refundable under normal circumstances.
• If you believe a refund is warranted, please contact support@termzyai.com. We will review each request on a case-by-case basis.

4. Intellectual Property

• The Termzy AI extension and all associated code, design, and content are the property of GP Creative Services or its licensors.
• You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or modify the extension or access its source code without our express permission.

• In the event of a data breach, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
